An in-house design team gives the ability to offer a diverse range of engine/alternator combinations, control systems ranging from key start to automatic mains failure for standby power systems, and automatic synchronizing and paralleling of sets. A full range of additional equipment is also available covering static and trailer mounted sets, weatherproof / acoustic canopies and ISO containerised sets. We design and builds control panels in house according to the customer's specifications. Every set is rigorously tested to ensure it meets our standards.

Volta Generators undergo stringent quality checks that include 15 test points prior to despatch of the equipment. Volta Generators has its own Load banks in our premises to provide customer with offsite testing.

State of the art testing facility at Volta Generators is the best in the region. The machines undergo stringent quality assurance at raw material stage and also at Assembly of the components, testing, painting, packing & pre despatch inspection (PDI).

Testing facility at Volta Generators comprises of 1 MW resistive load Bank. The testing panel includes digital meters of accuracy + / - 0.5, We are recording the line current, line voltage , frequency, kilo watts, power factor etc at various loads. High precision equipments are used to measure parameters like vibration, noise level, temperature rise, insulation resistance etc.

To ensure the accuracy of the testing equipments they are calibrated regularly by Volta
